Copies of your employee records from your personnel file maintained by Human Resources can be requested electronically or via email by clicking on the link below. Please allow seven business days for the request to be processed. During our peak season (Jun-Aug) requests take approximately 30 days.
The records available for request through the online form are from the personnel file maintained by Human Resources. All other requests will require a public information request.
Employee Records Request Instructions
Service Records - Complete the google form.
Employment Verification - you are required to upload a VOE form for completion. Please list VOE in the subject line of your communication.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Verifications - you are required to upload a PSLF form for completion. Please list PSLF in the subject line of your communication.

The Human Resources office does not maintain payroll records (check stubs, W2 forms, etc.) Please contact payroll at Payroll Department for any payroll related documents.
