Texans Can Academies provides a comprehensive educational program for students with disabilities. A free, appropriate public education is offered through the provision of special programs and related services designed to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability.

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is a federal law that has been in effect since 1975. IDEA requires public schools to provide a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) to eligible students ages 3-21 with disabilities.
