Dr. Jeff Weekley is Clinical Professor of Organizations, Strategy and International Management at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and Chief Consulting Officer for Talent Assessment and Development Solutions (TAADS). Dr. Weekley holds a PhD in Human Resources from UTD and an MS and BS in Psychology from Texas A&M.

A seasoned professional in human resources, Dr. Weekley has also been a leader for stronger preparedness in the field. Working with an advisory board of field experts from various companies and his university colleagues, he was instrumental in launching a new Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management at UTD to meet rising regional demand.

A member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, and Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Weekley is pleased to join Texans Can as it builds more bridges to industry and the community and helps more students find their best way forward through education.

Dr. Weekley enjoys time with his family, travel, and out-of-doors sports.
